Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spacious and pristine rooms offering a great view over Tokyo Bay. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, even holding our luggage after check-out so we could explore the city. The location was convenient, near transportation options and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The dining experience, although eclectic, offered a good selection of Japanese and western foods. The only downside was the dim lighting in the rooms.
The hotel offers stunning views of either the Rainbow Bridge and the city or the port and the sea from spacious and clean rooms. Our stay in a two twin bed room was hassle-free, and there was ample space for an extra bed and luggage. The service, reflecting Japanese standards, was prompt, polite, and accommodating. However, the location, though close to transportation, is a bit distant from main attractions. Dining at the adjacent mall's Wako Tonkatsu restaurant was average but not overcrowded.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for my family of four, offering great value for Tokyo. The staff even provided a cot for our granddaughter, making the stay even more convenient. Although the location was a bit quiet, it was convenient for Haneda airport, and the dining options were satisfactory.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with a great view of Tokyo Bay. While the breakfast and location could be improved, the friendly and helpful service, especially from Sara Muto, made the stay enjoyable. Convenient for Haneda airport, but the dining options need enhancement.
